Live

Bellagio - Chihuly Glass Installation

“I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.” – Henry David Thoreau, Walden (1854)

Be back in a bit

I’m going to be away from the blog for a while (yes, I know, it’s not like I’ve been here that much either) because I will be busy with some work stuff. I’ll be back soon. Promise.

In the meantime, here’s a fun little shot of the kids and me at a lovely backyard wedding.

Birthday – um, 3 + 7

Weekly Bouquet Aug 08, 2009

The weather may be gloomy here but I am feeling great. I feel so lucky and thankful for all the love and wishes that have been showered on me since yesterday. You see, it was my birthday in Singapore yesterday and today, it’s my birthday here. This is the only time I like the timezone difference. I get an extended birthday of sorts.

My day has started out wonderfully so far - a car ride into work (curb service) and a homemade loaf of zucchini bread from my gf who is already so busy with her little ones! Thanks J!

Since it’s my birthday, I thought I would tweet a little more than usual so I can share my day with those of you who are far away.

Thank you again for thinking of me!
