  1. I have been a sucker for any kind of greens lately. That looks wonderful! I’ve been frying up regular spinach with garlic, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen water spinach. Would it only be found in an asian grocery store? Is it similar to regular spinach?

STEF: Hannah, it’s not the same as regular spinach because it has longer leaves and their stems are hollow and a little tougher. You can only find them at asian stores though.

  2. OOOOOOOOOOO I love these. We can get them quite fresh here at the netherlands and besides belacan, I cook them in garlic oil, in prawn mee, laksa and make kerabu with it 😉

  3. I love kangkong. Haven’t eaten any for ages though. The other half finds it too slimy and stringy and can’t manage it! Wuss! 😛
